Incorporated on 19 April 2000, the company was established with the vision of providing reliable, transparent and technology-driven investment services to investors across India.
Since its inception, PTSL has steadily expanded its presence across major Indian stock exchanges and investment platforms. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including Equity Trading, Derivatives Trading, Currency Derivatives and Depository Services, catering to the diverse needs of retail investors, traders, HNIs and business partners.
The company commenced online trading on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) in January 2001 and subsequently strengthened its market position through memberships of leading exchanges, including NSE and various market segments. PTSL also operates as a CDSL Depository Participant, providing secure Demat account and electronic custody services to investors.
